Transient Rate including available electricity, cable/ WIFI (with payment upon arrival):
Daily - $1.00 per foot with a $20 minimum. Boat/US members get 25% discount for first three days.
Weekly – Daily rate with 6th & 7th nights free, $100.00 minimum.
4 week special! – Pay for 3 weeks last week free.
Check out time is 2pm.
Bear Point Community Residents:
Show your launch key and we will provide short-term dockage for your trailerable boat for $20 per day based upon slip availability.
Yearly Lease: PER MONTH for new lease!
A Dock - $450.00
B Dock - $350.00
C Dock - $500.00
E Dock - $300.00
New Lessee gets one month rent free upon signing and paying one Yearly Lease Agreement.
All rates include water, basic cable (upon request) and wireless Internet.
Electricity is metered.
We accept major credit cards, cash and personal checks.
